- written about my letter, that she published in February 2008 - patently a lie, because in April Noemi collaborated in a hour long video interview with the girl.

Then this statement -

"We started a silent SEO campaign via email since February. Now when you type “Tierra Maria Estates Scam”, you will see Tim’s blogs and videos and our blogs in the search engine result pages. Recently, some bloggers initiated their own SEO Campaign with the same purpose but with variable anchor text and link of choice."

"Hello…" she writes - " I’m Noemi Lardizabal-Dado, a 50 year old Filipina, a realtor, a problogger, new media publisher and a netrepreneur involved in Information Communications Technology (ICT) and family recovery groups. Real Estate Brokerage has been my expertise since 1989 with specialty in property management and general brokerage. As an experienced professional broker I understand the real estate industry and know how to assist buyers and sellers. I am positioned to stay ahead of the market."

But now she writes HERE - "I'm Noemi Lardizabal-Dado, a prime time woman, mom, blogger, a homemaker, Associate Editor of the Philippine Online Chronicles, involved in advocacy and family recovery groups. I blog to advocate social change . . . " etc. - omitting entirely any mention of her real estate blogs, or her personal advocacy, still continuing over at timcumper.com.

Now, she is pretending impartiality elsewhere - getting her nose stuck into the prospective presidents.

Some fascinating connections she must be developing with these upright citizens - renowned for their incorruptible honesty - just before election time.

From what I have observed - her impartiality is non-existent.

On this real-estate blog Noemi writes "If you know of entries that takes Tim’s side, please post it here to give a fair chance to everyone."

So let's see how sincere she is with that.
To compensate for the total lack of links to my original story (here ) I have left a comment linking to the story.

I would like to state first of all however, that I have been following events in the Philippines, throughout the recent terrible times, the Typhoons, the loss of life, the destruction of homes and property.
I am aware that Noemi herself has suffered damage as a result of this - and my genuine sympathy and condolencies are with you all.
I feel it would be a good moment for us all to reflect - to put aside any temptations towards hatred.

This is not about personality - it is not about hatred - it is purely and simply about establishing a truth.
It is all too easy to start the ad hominem - out of frustration or desperation.
This frustration and desperation should not be encouraged or cultivated - in a situation that is purely about the truth.

The following is a detailed assessment - alerting to various inconsistencies and false accusations contained within a pseudo-legal statement - rendering it null and void.

I have brought out in RED - Noemi's falsehoods and exaggerations in this statement, which render it useless.

This is my final warning to Tim Cumper or otherwise known as Timothy Ellis Cumper, UK citizen who has been writing libelous entries about me, and stalking my friends after I wrote this entry Interview with Mayen in April 2008.

OK - let's deal with that.

LIBEL - is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image. It is usually, but not always, a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed.

So strictly speaking, legally speaking, until someone can prove that any of my statements are false, they cannot be regarded as libellous.

STALKING - is a term used to describe unwanted attention by individuals (and sometimes groups of people) to others.
Stalking behaviors are related to harassment and intimidation.

Types of stalkers

Rejected stalkers pursue their victims in order to reverse, correct, or avenge a rejection (e.g. divorce, separation, termination).

Resentful stalkers pursue a vendetta because of a sense of grievance against the victims – motivated mainly by the desire to frighten and distress the victim.

Intimacy seekers seek to establish an intimate, loving relationship with their victim. To them, the victim is a long-sought-after soul mate, and they were 'meant' to be together.

Incompetent suitors, despite poor social or courting skills, have a fixation, or in some cases a sense of entitlement to an intimate relationship with those who have attracted their amorous interest. Their victims are most often already in a dating relationship with someone else.

Predatory stalkers spy on the victim in order to prepare and plan an attack – usually sexual – on the victim.

I am simply a man who wishes to continue a most important dialogue connected to events which happened to me, the right to which has been denied through deliberate banning, blocking, receptions of hostility and the refusal to answer emails.
I have made approaches via known social network contacts, all avenues which have been made freely available on the Internet through the individual choice of the people concerned.
Strategically positioned people may have received a message on a few occasions - any others - only once.
One single courteous message of communication, or even a few, cannot in any stretch of the imagination be called stalking or harassment.
Only by someone who has something to hide.
I have a right to communicate openly with people who have involved themselves and who apparently are in possession of knowledge which would assist my investigation and my pursuit of truth.

So - which type of stalker is that?

None at all - it is a defamatory statement to insinuate that I am a stalker, its only purpose serves to inflame contempt and hostility - which accompanied by a refusal to allow communication is cowardice - and occurring on an orchestrated scale is bullying.

It is convenient to your purpose Noemi to call it these things, publicly - in an area that I cannot enter and comment - very convenient - and was it not you who involved some of your family to promote your propaganda links?

OK - Noemi you may have superficially pretended to ignore one mildly unflattering photoshop photo of yourself, in answer to all of your colleagues who went photo-shop mad, and my posts, (which let me remind you again are not defamatory if true) but you were all the while, silently supporting the propaganda with copious links on your websites, involving your relatives, your compatriots and colleagues, your subscribers, your network of control and influence - & ensuring that my comments would be blocked.

You have openly been sending and posting notifications, instructing your colleagues and readers, to ignore my requests urging you to communicate - you have created a totally unnatural barricade of reclusion around yourself - in the full knowledge and awareness that I wished to continue a dialogue with you about an extremely pressing concern which you had already decided to become party to, by publishing my initial letter on Filipina Images.

It is clear from the responses to this letter, allegedly by yourself, that your mind was made up at that time as to your own conclusion, so please explain how your publication of my letter was in answer to its implicit plea for help and understanding?

Please explain how this was investigating the truth of the matter in an impartial and unbiased way?

If your mind was already made up, surely that proves that your intention of publicising my letter was to offer it up as a sacrificial lamb on the table of your readership - it also proves that the video interview that you conducted with Mayen was purely propaganda and explains why you made no effort at all to establish verification for your denial of my suspicions.

You lightly excuse it all away - because you are in a position to be able to do that - sealed off - secluded.
You have insulated yourself deliberately from any questions I might put to you, behind your artificially induced barrier of seclusion.

After all, he is entitled to his own opinion.
I have ignored this issue for so long now but lately, my friends are being harassed online via facebook (his facebook name is cumper tim) and getting spam messages.

As explained above - there has been no harassment, there may have been identical messages sent - because the content was pertinent to all who received them - but the urgency and the seriousness of that content would reveal them immediately to be definitely not spam - and all due to Noemi's refusal to answer my emails to her - urging for negotiations & "plain speak."

Calling them spam is a flippant, disrespectful and contemptuous way to treat such messages of known urgency - but it will suffice for her readers, who will be completely unaware of the content of these messages - allowing her the deceitful abilty to label them as harassment or spam.

It will suffice for Noemi's own self preservation.
More distortions, more lies, more disrespectful exaggerations.

Interestingly, not one of these recipients has ever come forward or ever responded to me with complaints of "harassment" - the whole thing is being hoisted as a feeble excuse for more defamatory propaganda, that's all.
If it has annoyed Noemi, it is simply because it has penetrated her insulation.
I have written countless emails and messages to all sorts of strangers during this adventure - only those sent to people connected to the chief instigators of the propaganda campaign - have been elected as harassment.

As their propaganda appears on Google - proving that some of the recipients of my messages must have revealed to Noemi that I had made contact with them, & presumably relaying the content of my messages (a desperate insistence that they urge Noemi to get in touch with me) - and yet still - no contact has been made.

So here they are - just to demonstrate how perfectly innocuous & courteous these messages have all been.

Hi - would you please urge Noemi Dado to get in touch with me - there are several means available.
Perhaps your instincts will be to oblige her request to ignore me - but things have changed - we have CONCLUSIVE PROOF - that the whole episode that involved Noemi's campaign pronouncing it as a hoax - was in fact a scam attempt - which she was corroborating - intentionally and deliberately - spreading false and misleading proapaganda.
We need to make the peace - one person with a change of heart could bring this to a final close.
Please make her aware of this.

Hello from the UK.
Please forgive this seemingly intrusive message, but ultimately I think you will see that it is benevolent.
I am at present being hounded by a certain group of bloggers - who have gathered kith and kin - clan and colleague, to inundate me with their own brand of propaganda, stating that I am in some way a racist.
This is far from the truth.
I did have an unfortunate and short lived affair with a Filipina some two years back - but it ended in disaster.

The story of which involved a scam attempt - a fake Ectopic Pregnancy - a real estate business and several other levels of deception.
It culminated in the revelation of a patently fake scar by the girl during our second ever webcam use.
She did not realise that this was being recorded.

The reason for my suspicions started when I was requested for money on my return to the UK - and ended with this pretence at an emergency operation.
You can imagine that it was a most distressing time - being torn between my love for the girl - and my suspicions.
But my suspicions were unfortunately vindicated by the revelation on webcam.

Realising that this was an organised scam attempt - because the hospital and real estate firm were involved from the very start - I decided to publicise my story online.

This has attracted interest - and opposition - in the form of an orchestrated campaign of hateful propaganda, organised by the real estate firm in conjuncton with bloggers in and from the Phillipines.
All issuing unsubstanitated and biased claims of innocence on behalf of the real estate firm and death threats to me personally.
In complete denial of all the evidence that I have collected - he [Jepoy] helped another celebrity blogger in a video interview with the girl concerned - who lied her way through it - just as she had to me.No proof was ever asked of this girl - indicating that the whole excercise was a sham - and purely propaganda.

The events around the "hospital" escalated to involve the British Embassy in Manila - and certain allegations were made regarding the British Ambassador - Sir Peter Beckingham.
In order to dispel the false propaganda from the Internet, which is still being produced, I have written to him urging for a full and thorough investigation.I cannot communicate directly with these bloggers - for they have blocked me from the sites and groups that have been organised - my right to reply has been robbed.

I ask two things - that you scrutinise the story extremely thoroughly without any preconception or bias - weigh the evidence for suspicion very carefully.
If they are close to you - please urge them to desist and remove all propaganda - for their own benefit - for very soon there will come a knock at their doors.

I have rested my case on this since April 2008.
There is nothing else I can do.

There is plenty that you could do Noemi - but nothing that you will do - because silence, insulation suits your purpose of creating a vacuum of information - how can anyone deny or confirm silence?
However you have denied yourself the ability to make any useful comments by constantly insisting that you know nothing of the original events - that there is no connection whatsoever - perfect insulation.
Yet you still adopt the moral authority to launch a campaign of emphatic denial.
How is this so?

It is the same total disregard of truth or of furnishing help, in a situation that from a point of view of fairness and honesty, urgently requires it - but you have withheld fairness and honesty - openness and impartiality - in preference to your totally unsubstantiated claims, and your imagined moral authority to launch into a wholely monstrous campaign of deceit and defamation - propaganda that belongs in a sewer.

You have much to answer for - so forget any attempts at hiding behind the letter of the law - once the law turns around and sees what you have been doing - it is going to be you who face all the questions.

I am not a detective or an investigative journalist.
I am a blogger.

I am hoping that above all those credentials, you are an honest and impartial human being.

Mr. Tim Cumper needs to do his own private investigation to seek the truth.

That is precisely what I am doing, yet you are cocking two fingers in the air, from your hiding place behind the letter of the law, because you are accutely aware of the ease at which innocence can be manufactured by false information.

So you are insisting, and ensuring that the only possible way I can press my right to reply & communicate with you, is through my blogs?

But it is only for those victims of a crime.
Was there really a crime?
Were you scammed?
Was money sent to the Philippines?

Does that make it any less of a crime?
Attempted murder is a crime almost as damning as murder itself.
The corruption and the evil is purely in the intention carried through to an attempt.
Only someone already blinded by the power of money - could forget that there are other things of far greater significance - like honesty, trust, fairness and impartiality.

Tim Cumper sent an email trying to communicate but at the same time accusing me —“We know that it was you who set up the group on FaceBook – that was good fun wasn’t it?”
There you go Tim Cumper….I just joined the group upon an invitation and contributed the to the list of friends stalked and harassed by Tim Cumper in Facebook.

Noemi - you were using or at least sharing the use of the group logo in your posts.
I know because the notification of your comment from Facebook indicated that it was you.
You had been hiding behind an anonymous identity there - you were not representing yourself, because I asked at the time.

I also know that it was you who set up the dotcom site in my name - purely to continue with your defamation and false accusation.
I have all the proof.

I refuse to communicate with such accusations.
He better provide proof before making such accusations.
You have been warned to cease and desist and I will exercise my legal rights if you continue to stalk and harass me and my friends.
This is my final warning.

HERE is the proof - so you are hiding behind the letter of the law.
You are still not answering my emails or opening up comments to me - you are still publishing links to propaganda - no doubt still actively engaged in many ways under the surface of visibility.

You are pretending to be a moral and helpful citizen?
Point some of it this way - which was why I went to the trouble of writing the letter on your website in the first place.
Show me then, just how moral and helpful you can be.

[IMPORTANT EDIT: 1st May 2010 - In reference to the published letter mentioned above, I have been alerted to my false presumption due to a naivety about IP addresses in the Philippines - for which I apologise. However I have been assured that an identical match of IP addresses in this particular instance can only prove that the same network and ISP were used - and that two unique users would have to be geographically within a 5km radius of the same wireless network base station - ie - no more than 10km apart.

However - this has not proved conclusively that there was no collaboration.

We still have some coincidences to evaluate.

Noemi has stated that she has 4 ISPs - so there is the 1 in 4 chance of choice to consider.

The aims of both suspected collaborators would have been shared.

The crucial points are a suspected collaboration - not precisely how it might have occurred - and that any collaboration will be denied no matter what particular method is suggested.

There is a remote chance that Noemi would have gone ahead and published such a sensitive document without a liaison with the business concerned - the name of which she most certainly would have recognised from the linked story which she admitted reading in detail - and from the advertising article already published on one of her real estate sites - and certain personnel within that business who were already familiar to her.

She was undoubtedly in a prime position to make an initial liaison with this business, and by the tone of the comment published immediately - shared precisely the same aims as that business - in attempting to convince me that none of my suspicions could have been true - revealing a very strange motive for publishing the document in the first place.

There is the strange inconsistency in the spelling of Date In Asia - and the illogical statement, that from reading my story she could not see how the real estate business might have been implicated - when it is perfectly clear.

There is the example of another comment appearing from a duplicate IP address, although the email address for this user did not exist when I attempted to trace it.

All this surrounding a woman who, within the same month, had collaborated with the inception of and participation in an elaborate SEO campaign - with the singular aim of obscuring my story - and referring to it as a hoax.

A campaign which was to feature an hour long video interview between Noemi & the girl, during which not a single scrap of unequivocal evidence was produced, but which relied entirely and pointedly on squeezing every last drop of sympathy for the girl.

A propaganda coup.

What is the purpose of this "important edit?"

All denials of the possible significance of this IP incident have conveniently nestled behind the pure technicality which, due to my naivety, erroneously alerted me to the possibility of a collaboration.

Collaboration - which, since the events documented here, has expanded dramatically amongst the bloggers themselves - all using extended improvisations and elaborations on the original themes contained here.

So please, let us not try to deny the possibility of collaboration in general - and let us not dwell too much on any technical means by which it might be assisted.

Where there is a will - there is generally a way.

The significance of a collaboration or liaison at this first stage is much greater, much more profound than any other - and will be denied most strenuously - more so than the collaboration implicit in the ensuing self-confessed SEO campaign - during which all collaboration and incitement has still nevertheless been constantly & perversely denied.

The earlier and much greater significance lies in the fact that it would appear as if all hope had been abandoned for any other methods of getting my story removed. Attempts at which had already revealed a suspicious amount of potential subterfuge and secret collaboration - from the constant but unsupported denials of the girl herself - and the mysterious visitors, communicating coincidences out of the blue.

Coincidences that seemed poised to announce yet more corroboration of innocence via information.

By resorting to a campaign of such an orchestrated and explosive nature, proclaiming the story as no more than a hoax - it would appear that the story itself - whether true or not - was an embarrassment to the real estate business implicated by it - in contradiction to the many assurances voiced that it could not possibly be true.

The business itself could not be seen to be behind the campaign, or it would appear as tantamount to an admission that there was no further depth of "innocence" to be provided from - that the store had run dry.

Analysis of the depth produced so far would also reveal it to be exceedingly shallow.

Such a private liaison would be kept a secret, at all costs.

The real motivation for such a campaign being veiled behind the moral outrage, artificially incited by the distorted perspective presented in the campaign itself.

By maintaining a marked and visible non-involvement throughout a campaign from which the business stood to gain the maximum benefit - getting their work done by proxy - the two circles of business & bloggers would remain perfectly insulated from each other.

As of today - 30th October 2009 - Noemi Lardizabal Dado is still carrying links to propaganda sites on the majority of her websites.

I am not aware of any links whatsoever to my blogsites here - where the original story is published.

Noemi would like you to believe that she is presenting a balanced view - but I think it will be as clear as can be, after the recent video evidence was released for people to see for themselves, that all was not as innocent as Noemi and her colleagues and co-conspirators would insist.

Please remember that this insistence was obvious from Noemi's first ever response on the subject - before she sat with Mayen during the video interview & long before the video of the scar revelation was ever made public.
The significance of the video evidence which I had always made known that I possessed has consistently been ignored, avoided or denied - even before it had ever been seen.

Such actions are not a sign of impartiality - of an open mind - nor of a respect for fairness or the truth - and does not reveal the moral authority sufficient to launch a protracted and determined SEO campaign, containing absolutely nothing by way of detail - or evidence to support the innocence that she is always insisting.

However - for some reason - Noemi has always insisted, with unswaying assurance - that this was not a scam attempt.
Noemi has never presented anything at all in the way of proof to back up her belief.
Noemi has always insisted that she has no connection whatsoever - personal or business - with Tierra Maria Estates (despite hosting articles on that very same real estate company - despite mentioning that she was a neighbour of Francis M Jalbuena, the marketing manager, despite knowing much about the owner of Tierra Maria Estates & his other housing projects.)

Noemi has never revealed how it was that she managed to get Mayen's telephone contact number to arrange the video interview.

I am requesting that she remove all links to propaganda sites that do not belong to her, or balance her determined propaganda campaign, which consists solely of defamation, false accusation, gross exaggeration and distortions of the truth - with an equal amount of links to the original story on my blogsites.

My comments are still being denied on any of her websites & she has not answered or responded to one single email.

Noemi is too much of a coward to actually write articles about me herself, or open up her comment sections - no - she daren't show her readers what she's really like - so, sneekily, it's all done with links (here she admits that it is one of HER websites) & emails - and providing people with a "dotcom" site - where it all takes place - away from her own websites. An account has been opened now on twitter - the "timcumperwatch" - & they are busily tweeting out their defamatory exaggerations and twisted lies - virtually begging and inciting support.

If we trace the activity surrounding the attempted scam, we come to the point where communication has ceased between myself and the girl.
The very last isolated time we spoke using webcams was February 14th 2008 - Valentine's day - Mayen, sporting makeup and a new hair style - devastatingly glamorous - and on an occasion of great tactical sensitivity.
This was merely a week after the posting at Filipina Images was locked to any further comments.

At the same time - the Internet is saturated with links leading to my blog - Hospital Scams - Philippines.
The real estate business is determined that my exposure of their connections to the scam attempt be silenced, diluted, obscured - by any means.
It is not me that is the threat - but the story.
All activity up until now, employing various methods of manipulation using the girl and assorted subterfuge have failed - but these efforts have been determined and energetic.
Where does all this effort go to?

It becomes focused on the Internet - real life communications, person to person - have all failed.
The threat - the catostrophic implications are on the Internet - nowhere else.

A bridge must be found - an invisible bridge, linking the people involved in the original scam attempt to the action on the Internet.

The first signs that the Internet was becoming the new battleground appeared in the shape of a forum set up specifically to denounce the story at Dr Joy Barredo's A Pinoy In England.
Elsewhere in these writings I reveal the strong ties with Dr Joy Barredo and Reyna Elena.
This was short lived - a week at most after I had discovered it.

The people involved were aware that I was still very much active online, still turning over stones searching for answers, for an active & impartial response.
What did I have to go on? What form would my enquiries take?
It was hardly likely that I would continue searching for information on Mayen - there was nothing around.
The only other key I had into the situation was the name Tierra Maria Estates.

I noticed that slowly - more and more advertising copy was appearing online, little leads & posts, small advertising articles were appearing - perhaps as an early attempt to try and combat the flow of my material.

It was one of these - appearing on Noemi Dado's real estate website - that lead me to Filipina Images.

A bridge was found - possibly by myself - who knows.
It could have been one of many little "plants" - seeded online - a trail of breadcrumbs that they knew I was following.
That implies a clever strategy - I am not at all sure how likely that could have been - so we can dismiss that as mere speculation.

Here is a comment by Noemi on her website timcumper.com - denying an assumption that I have never made - that she actually worked for Tierra Maria Estates.

Nor am I totally oblivious to the fact that her knowledge of the business would have positioned her perfectly for a liaison with Tierra Maria Estates prior to publishing my article.

Corroborated by the strenuous, premature denials in her first comment accompanying the publishing of that article.

However - it was vital that the activity online appeared remote - completely random and disconnected from Tierra Maria Estates themselves.
They were unable to enter into the battle, representing themselves - for the simple reason that too many questions would start to be raised about why they had been so silent, so unresponsive - and why they were still totally incapable of providing the tiniest whisp of unequivocal, concrete evidence - to prove their own innocence.
They would have faced similarly embarrassing questions (that they could not provide answers for) to those raised during their brief appearance with statements - posted into the comment sections attached to our videos at YouTube and Veoh the previous winter.
They had learned not to stick their head above the parapet.

As it has proved - the weapon of choice by the propaganda brigade has been words - entirely devoid of detail, of substance - consisting purely of denial, character assassination, defamation, presumption, exaggeration, pretence, obstinate insistence - relying entirely on quantity of incited support, existing networks of friends, colleagues and family - simply using Internet prowess to bamboozle and hoax - literally just making a distracting clamour, blowing an enormous smokscreen of deceit.

What else could they possibly do?
Although the urgency, the drive was coming from the real estate company - that was all.
If any knowledge, real or pretended, of the actual events was imparted across the bridge - it could not be used on the Internet - without revealing the connection between on one side, the team of bloggers - and on the other side, the real estate firm & the people directly involved in the scam attempt.
An insulator was in place - as long as the bloggers appeared isolated and disconnected - there would be absolutely no chance of discussions ever getting dangerously near to the truth.
This is typical of the "cell structure" employed in organised crime - where no more than a few people know of their connections to each other - they are isolated and insulated from everyone else - they cannot possibly give away anything too sensitive or revealing.

Let us remind ourselves at this point, that none of this activity, online or person to person, would have been at all necessary had any evidence existed.
It could simply have been demonstrated.
It is ludicrous to take such a long, laborious detour - when there is a simple and straight line.
How much clearer an admission can we have, that indeed, there was no more evidence - not a single scrap more than that one jpg of a hospital bill.

So - the bridge materialises - I walk across it, delivering my article to Filipina Images - and wait.
It was three or four days before the article appeared online, complete with a changed title and Noemi's first comment.

I wonder what happened in those few days?

I can imagine - obviously Noemi would have recognised the name of the real estate company, found by following the link to my story that was contained in the article.
She would recognise the name of Francis M Jalbuena, & the name of the owner of Mary's Garden Realty Corporation.
Noemi has strong ties with the real estate business - remember - her other website already displayed an article about Tierra Maria Estates.

Do you think it feasible that Noemi would go ahead and publish the article, without a consultation with someone - already known to her - who was being so strongly implicated in the story?

This goes a long way to help explain the potential subterfuge employed.
The strange coincidences in IP addresses - Noemi's first comment and emails opened by Francis M Jalbeuna.
The oddity of the mis-spelt name - from Date In Asia (correct - in Noemi's opening statement to the article) - DatingAsia - (incorrect - in the text of the first comment.)
Noemi's clear insistence that although she knew of Francis M Jalbuena - and used to be a neighbour - she didn't know him personally.
Her pointed denial that she was in any way connected to "the scammers" & her immediate failure to recognise or acknowledge any ambiguity in my story. It was a firm assurance of innocence - right from the start - there were several attempts to illustrate this innocence - several different methods of persuasion.
"I can’t pinpoint them as part of the purported scam though" - a very curious phrase - it should be obvious to anyone reading the story that they were a part of it - the connection, the endorsement from Sir Francis Jalbuena & Mayen's colleagues is glaring.
This is no more than a really feeble attempt from Noemi, or whoever else had a hand in writing this, to cast influence - but done in a manner that is completely lacking any sense.

Her intentions were set out from the very beginning.
The arrival of another comment - sharing the same IP address as another of Noemi's comments - a mere few hours apart - from an anonymous person, Emily, whose email address does not exist - and who shares Noemi's obsession with "libel" & "factual basis."

We have admissions from Noemi that - "We started a silent SEO campaign via email since February. Now when you type “Tierra Maria Estates Scam”, you will see Tim’s blogs and videos and our blogs in the search engine result pages. Recently, some bloggers initiated their own SEO Campaign with the same purpose but with variable anchor text and link of choice."

Echoed by Jepoy (who first appeared with all guns blazing at Filipina Images) on his website as a part of the propaganda campaign - "We have been diluting Tim Cumper's website with our silent SEO campaign since early March 2008. If you want to join, use any of the links below."

These are all determined people - refusing to acknowledge the ambiguity of my situation - ignoring entirely, not even mentioning the video evidence that they all knew I had - insisting (according only to what they have read from my story) that such an attempted scam could never happen - & still denying any connection to the people originally involved.

Why did they choose to ignore the fact that I had video evidence?
Rather too convenient - designing their very own "truth" like that - and ever since.
Already - the war was simply one of perception, publicity, propaganda - by leaving such critical information alone - perception would be easier to steer in the direction they wanted it to go in.

We are expected to believe that all this energy, all this propaganda - the only possible motive for which is clearing the name of Tierra Maria Estates (because it is painfully obvious that it is not out of respect for truth) - is coming from a random collection of bloggers?
I suggest that this is a fallacy - just another necessary lie - to cover up what is really going on.

I suggest strongly that the connection was made by Noemi Dado herself - and that the whole campaign of propaganda and defamation has been under her control and done at her instigation.
I suggest that Noemi Dado is the bridge - the link between the criminals who attempted the scam - and those (no less criminally) - providing distraction and dilution on the Internet.
We know exactly who these people are - igniting an already highly flamable and volatile mix of contempt and commercial concern over the commodification of the Filipina - into a raging bush fire.

It was Noemi Dado who conducted the video interview with Mayen (with Jepoy's help in the editing process and his collection of remarkably similar word-bytes from the rest of the gang - doing just as he is now - collating, collecting, consolidating - he is the janitor in a little museum of unadulterated defamation.)

"The accused bloggers soon asked me if we could get Mayen’s story. Don’t ask me how we got her contact number. Call it divine intervention."

Mmm! I feel that is a euphemism for - "We decided that we would slam the door in Tim Cumper's face - once and for all - by coming up with this video of Mayen."
That's exactly how Southern Don (Don Pinger) advertised it before it was released.

"In the next few days, possibly sooner, Tim Cumper and his Tierra Maria Estates Scam Hoax will be put to rest once and for all.
Being the first to expose the Philippine Hospital Scam as a hoax was an honor. But so many others took the ball and ran with it. It’s their efforts that have effectively neutralized him. It’s been fun watching it grow like it has.
Within the next day or so the door will be slammed in his face leaving absolutely zero room for question.
Don’t touch that dial!!!"

Observe how Noemi, the professional liar and miserable coward - escapes all the blame - by putting it on everybody else - blaming her friends and colleagues.

There is the link - right there - revealed.
How, indeed, did she get in touch with Mayen?

Such a biased travesty of impartial journalism - offering Mayen yet another opportunity to tell lie after lie - completely unchallenged and encouraged by Noemi herself.
Mayen's story is no different from my story - the details are the same - identical. Her case has already been put. The information, the suggestion that it was all true - is Mayen's story.
What we need is proof - concrete proof - proof remarkable only for its complete absence - not a mere repetition with added melodrama to twist the head.
Study the video carefully - there is not one single piece of corroborated evidence in it - not a single word - and Noemi is quite content to sit their - recording it all - stirring it gently on its way - inviting lie after lie after lie.
This was a completely pointless and unnecessary excercise - when looked at from the point of view of arriving at the truth.
As a piece of propaganda - it was cruelly brilliant.

The accused bloggers?
Oh yes - in their exaggeration, I have accused them of being scammers, of being paid - together with an entire hospital, an entire Embassy - an entire nation.

Such absurdities were first proposed by Noemi Dado herself - in a successful attempt to make my claims appear ridiculous - acheived through her lies and exaggerations - playing on the gullibility of her readers - who would not have bothered to check the details out for themselves - readers naturally inclined to take the side of "the poor innocent Filipina" that was being portrayed by the interpretation, the spin that was put on everything by Noemi Dado and her troop of truth - jugglers.

On one side - sympathy was being played up to the full for the girl - & on the other - I was made out to be a common sex-tourist, on a flying visit - with no honourable intentions at all - despite there being evidence to the contrary.
Unfortunately - the habitual commodification of the Filipina results in a generalised and common perception - that every western male who visits the Philippines, pursuing a Filipina - must be a sex-tourist and deserves all contempt and condemnation.
A complicated dynamic of guilt and shame - and of course, scapegoating - to ease the burden of blame - what else can they do?
This is the painful truth of the Philippines - certainly it is organised crime who have control over this sordid attraction - just a casual glance online will reveal the depth of it.
Please don't be naive enough to think that organised crime did not take advantage of the Internet.
They are there - lurking just underneath the surface - rest assured.
Hand in hand with organised crime - we have fear and intimidation - people unable to speak - people who will twist the truth beyond recognition - simply to save their own skin.

So - now the battleground was on the Internet - it was no longer about truth at all - but about perception - how to manipulate perception and sympathy in their direction.
Propaganda pure and simple - the battle of medium over message - the opposition having just enlisted an army of expertise in the medium for that very reason - to try and win the battle over truth.
It had escaped their consciences that offering shelter and support to criminals - deliberately thwarting the course of truth - lowered these people to the same level - but somehow - the national bayanihan spirit seemed to excuse this as perfectly acceptable.
It was more important to appear innocent and law-abiding - than to actually be the genuine article - all smoke and mirrors - and Hiya - and fear - resulting in a completely artificial barricade of deception and distraction.

Why is Noemi going to all this trouble (a point noticed even by her fellow Filipina?)
To protect the image of the Filipina?
To clear the name of her colleagues in real estate?
To clear the image of the Philippines generally - according to the dictates of the sex industry there - of whom she is otherwise openly critical?

Where is the vital knowledge that Noemi has obtained, the concrete evidence that gives her the moral authority to embark on this campaign?
It is nowhere - no paperwork, no scar - it is not even based on Mayen's performance in front of the camera, for Noemi by her own admission was actively engaged in her "silent SEO campaign" months before.
It is purely contemptuous and empty propaganda - covering up what exactly, and why?

That short contact, with Mayen, according to Noemi - was the only moment of involvement with the people originally accused.
That - and reading my story.
Is that sufficient to impart moral authority, a certainty - enough to propel into a whole campaign of propaganda, defamation and deceit - pronouncing my story as a hoax?

Noemi is the link - the bridge.
Understandably, she is in total denial - total reclusion - total non-communication.
But this is only on the surface - the unruffled appearance.
Everything else going on is a distraction to take away the heat from Noemi Dado.
She is, undoubtedly - the link.

Underneath the surface - she is paddling like hell - advising all her friends to ignore my pleas for communication, blocking every avenue, refusing to answer my emails.
At the same time - she is actively engaged in a campaign of pure defamation and false accusation - hiding behind her pathetic "pseudo legalise."
Attempting to pursuade you that my approaching her indirectly through her social network (because she had closed any other option) - is harassment - is stalking - patently pathetic and ridiculous.

This is her - hiding behind my photograph on the 1st Facebook site "I Was Stalked by Tim Cumper."

We have the proof that she was involved up to her neck in setting up the two defamation groups on Facebook, yet she denies this on her blogsite - one face for her readers, concealing who she really is - a two-faced LIAR.

There is confirmation also - that she makes excuses for her lack of communication with me, her refusal to answer my emails to her.

The excuses are made to avoid the honest reason - that she is afraid to face the truth.

"Tim Cumper sent an email trying to communicate but at the same time accusing me —“We know that it was you who set up the group on FaceBook – that was good fun wasn’t it?” There you go Tim Cumper….I just joined the group upon an invitation and contributed the to the list of friends stalked and harassed by Tim Cumper in Facebook. I refuse to communicate with such accusations. He better provide proof before making such accusations."

The proof then - an email notification from facebook - confirming that it is Noemi's comment bearing the TCW logo of the group - set up by her.

We have the proof also that she is the registrant of the website timcumper.com - set up exclusively for defamation and false accusation.

[edit 23/04/10 - recent postings on GameOps suggest that this information is inaccurate.

"We're hosting the site here at GameOPS [RECENT ADDITION - must be important "we're paying the hosting bills ourselves without any assistance or donations from other people"] and contrary to Tim Cumper's claims, Ms. Noemi Dado did not register the domain timcumper.com. It was donated by one of the bloggers Tim Cumper accused. [Shall we make an educated guess here?] Ms. Dado owns a hosting company and is authorized to sell domains, thus the registration points to her company. This is another sloppy work/research of Tim Cumper. He can't even get the facts straight."

Technically, that may be so - but in spirit - it amounts to exactly the same - because they are all in cahoots with each other - whoever this "blogger accused by Tim Cumper" could be.

Who has the most to lose?

Who has the most hatred?

Who has assisted me the most by giving away clues?

Who has been at this, almost as long as I have?

Who is the most prolific instigator?

Who relishes incitement the most?

Who has been archiving this material?

Who has been offering it for distribution?

Who is master of the Philippine Blogosphere?

Can I hear the Star Trek theme . . . ?

So - let's be accurate - Noemi didn't register the website in her name, but via her hosting company, through eNom. She sold the domain name to another blogger in the circle - recognising the new domain name itself & knowing full well what the intended use was going to be.

Are we clear now?

What is even more obvious though - they're all going to great lengths to keep Noemi's name out of this - I wonder why?]

All this in the wake of the video evidence of the fake scar being revealed publicly.

The video was released on 30th August.
