Noemi is too much of a coward to actually write articles about me herself, or open up her comment sections - no - she daren't show her readers what she's really like - so, sneekily, it's all done with links (here she admits that it is one of HER websites) & emails - and providing people with a "dotcom" site - where it all takes place - away from her own websites. An account has been opened now on twitter - the "timcumperwatch" - & they are busily tweeting out their defamatory exaggerations and twisted lies - virtually begging and inciting support.
If we trace the activity surrounding the attempted scam, we come to the point where communication has ceased between myself and the girl.
The very last isolated time we spoke using webcams was February 14th 2008 - Valentine's day - Mayen, sporting makeup and a new hair style - devastatingly glamorous - and on an occasion of great tactical sensitivity.
This was merely a week after the posting at Filipina Images was locked to any further comments.
At the same time - the Internet is saturated with links leading to my blog - Hospital Scams - Philippines.
The real estate business is determined that my exposure of their connections to the scam attempt be silenced, diluted, obscured - by any means.
It is not me that is the threat - but the story.
All activity up until now, employing various methods of manipulation using the girl and assorted subterfuge have failed - but these efforts have been determined and energetic.
Where does all this effort go to?
It becomes focused on the Internet - real life communications, person to person - have all failed.
The threat - the catostrophic implications are on the Internet - nowhere else.
A bridge must be found - an invisible bridge, linking the people involved in the original scam attempt to the action on the Internet.
The first signs that the Internet was becoming the new battleground appeared in the shape of a forum set up specifically to denounce the story at Dr Joy Barredo's A Pinoy In England.
Elsewhere in these writings I reveal the strong ties with Dr Joy Barredo and Reyna Elena.
This was short lived - a week at most after I had discovered it.
The people involved were aware that I was still very much active online, still turning over stones searching for answers, for an active & impartial response.
What did I have to go on? What form would my enquiries take?
It was hardly likely that I would continue searching for information on Mayen - there was nothing around.
The only other key I had into the situation was the name Tierra Maria Estates.
I noticed that slowly - more and more advertising copy was appearing online, little leads & posts, small advertising articles were appearing - perhaps as an early attempt to try and combat the flow of my material.
It was one of these - appearing on Noemi Dado's real estate website - that lead me to Filipina Images.
A bridge was found - possibly by myself - who knows.
It could have been one of many little "plants" - seeded online - a trail of breadcrumbs that they knew I was following.
That implies a clever strategy - I am not at all sure how likely that could have been - so we can dismiss that as mere speculation.
However - it was vital that the activity online appeared remote - completely random and disconnected from Tierra Maria Estates themselves.
They were unable to enter into the battle, representing themselves - for the simple reason that too many questions would start to be raised about why they had been so silent, so unresponsive - and why they were still totally incapable of providing the tiniest whisp of unequivocal, concrete evidence - to prove their own innocence.
They would have faced similarly embarrassing questions (that they could not provide answers for) to those raised during their brief appearance with statements - posted into the comment sections attached to our videos at YouTube and Veoh the previous winter.
They had learned not to stick their head above the parapet.
As it has proved - the weapon of choice by the propaganda brigade has been words - entirely devoid of detail, of substance - consisting purely of denial, character assassination, defamation, presumption, exaggeration, pretence, obstinate insistence - relying entirely on quantity of incited support, existing networks of friends, colleagues and family - simply using Internet prowess to bamboozle and hoax - literally just making a distracting clamour, blowing an enormous smokscreen of deceit.
What else could they possibly do?
Although the urgency, the drive was coming from the real estate company - that was all.
If any knowledge, real or pretended, of the actual events was imparted across the bridge - it could not be used on the Internet - without revealing the connection with the real estate firm & the people directly involved in the scam attempt.
An insulator was in place - as long as the bloggers appeared isolated and disconnected - there would be absolutely no chance of discussions ever getting dangerously near to the truth.
This is typical of the "cell structure" employed in organised crime - where no more than a few people know of their connections to each other - they are isolated and insulated from everyone else - they cannot possibly give away anything too sensitive or revealing.
Let us remind ourselves at this point, that none of this activity, online or person to person, would have been at all necessary had any evidence existed.
It could simply have been demonstrated.
It is ludicrous to take such a long, laborious detour - when there is a simple and straight line.
How much clearer an admission can we have, that indeed, there was no more evidence - not a single scrap more than that one jpg of a hospital bill.
So - the bridge materialises - I walk across it, delivering my article to Filipina Images - and wait.
It was three or four days before the article appeared online, complete with a changed title and Noemi's first comment.
I wonder what happened in those few days?
I can imagine - obviously Noemi would have recognised the name of the real estate company, found by following the link to my story that was contained in the article.
She would recognise the name of Francis M Jalbuena, & the name of the owner of Mary's Garden Realty Corporation.
Noemi has strong ties with the real estate business - remember - her other website already displayed an article about Tierra Maria Estates.
Do you think it feasible that Noemi would go ahead and publish the article, without a consultation with someone - already known to her - who was being so strongly implicated in the story?
This goes a long way to help explain the potential subterfuge employed.
The strange coincidences in IP addresses - Noemi's first comment and emails opened by Francis M Jalbeuna.
The oddity of the mis-spelt name - from Date In Asia (correct - in Noemi's opening statement to the article) - DatingAsia - (incorrect - in the text of the first comment.)
Noemi's clear insistence that although she knew of Francis M Jalbuena - and used to be a neighbour - she didn't know him personally.
Her pointed denial that she was in any way connected to "the scammers" & her immediate failure to recognise or acknowledge any ambiguity in my story. It was a firm assurance of innocence - right from the start - there were several attempts to illustrate this innocence - several different methods of persuasion.
"I can’t pinpoint them as part of the purported scam though" - a very curious phrase - it should be obvious to anyone reading the story that they were a part of it - the connection, the endorsement from Sir Francis Jalbuena & Mayen's colleagues is glaring.
This is no more than a really feeble attempt from Noemi, or whoever else had a hand in writing this, to cast influence - but done in a manner that is completely lacking any sense.
Her intentions were set out from the very beginning.
The arrival of another comment - sharing the same IP address as another of Noemi's comments - a mere few hours apart - from an anonymous person, Emily, whose email address does not exist - and who shares Noemi's obsession with "libel" & "factual basis."
We have admissions from Noemi that - "We started a silent SEO campaign via email since February. Now when you type “Tierra Maria Estates Scam”, you will see Tim’s blogs and videos and our blogs in the search engine result pages. Recently, some bloggers initiated their own SEO Campaign with the same purpose but with variable anchor text and link of choice."
Echoed by Jepoy (who first appeared with all guns blazing at Filipina Images) on his website as a part of the propaganda campaign - "We have been diluting Tim Cumper's website with our silent SEO campaign since early March 2008. If you want to join, use any of the links below."
These are all determined people - refusing to acknowledge the ambiguity of my situation - ignoring entirely, not even mentioning the video evidence that they all knew I had - insisting (according only to what they have read from my story) that such an attempted scam could never happen - & still denying any connection to the people originally involved.
Why did they choose to ignore the fact that I had video evidence?
Rather too convenient - designing their very own "truth" like that - and ever since.
Already - the war was simply one of perception, publicity, propaganda - by leaving such critical information alone - perception would be easier to steer in the direction they wanted it to go in.
We are expected to believe that all this energy, all this propaganda - the only possible motive for which is clearing the name of Tierra Maria Estates (because it is painfully obvious that it is not out of respect for truth) - is coming from a random collection of bloggers?
I suggest that this is a fallacy - just another necessary lie - to cover up what is really going on.
I suggest strongly that the connection was made by Noemi Dado herself - and that the whole campaign of propaganda and defamation has been under her control and done at her instigation.
I suggest that Noemi Dado is the bridge - the link between the criminals who attempted the scam - and those (no less criminally) - providing distraction and dilution on the Internet.
We know exactly who these people are - igniting an already highly flamable and volatile mix of contempt and commercial concern over the commodification of the Filipina - into a raging bush fire.
It was Noemi Dado who conducted the video interview with Mayen (with Jepoy's help in the editing process and his collection of remarkably similar word-bytes from the rest of the gang - doing just as he is now - collating, collecting, consolidating - he is the janitor in a little museum of unadulterated defamation.)
"The accused bloggers soon asked me if we could get Mayen’s story. Don’t ask me how we got her contact number. Call it divine intervention."
Mmm! I feel that is a euphemism for - "We decided that we would slam the door in Tim Cumper's face - once and for all - by coming up with this video of Mayen."
That's exactly how Southern Don (Don Pinger) advertised it before it was released.
"In the next few days, possibly sooner, Tim Cumper and his Tierra Maria Estates Scam Hoax will be put to rest once and for all.
Being the first to expose the Philippine Hospital Scam as a hoax was an honor. But so many others took the ball and ran with it. It’s their efforts that have effectively neutralized him. It’s been fun watching it grow like it has.
Within the next day or so the door will be slammed in his face leaving absolutely zero room for question.
Don’t touch that dial!!!"
Observe how Noemi, the professional liar and miserable coward - escapes all the blame - by putting it on everybody else - blaming her friends and colleagues.
There is the link - right there - revealed.
How, indeed, did she get in touch with Mayen?
Such a biased travesty of impartial journalism - offering Mayen yet another opportunity to tell lie after lie - completely unchallenged and encouraged by Noemi herself.
Mayen's story is no different from my story - the details are the same - identical. Her case has already been put. The information, the suggestion that it was all true - is Mayen's story.
What we need is proof - concrete proof - proof remarkable only for its complete absence - not a mere repetition with added melodrama to twist the head.
Study the video carefully - there is not one single piece of corroborated evidence in it - not a single word - and Noemi is quite content to sit their - recording it all - stirring it gently on its way - inviting lie after lie after lie.
This was a completely pointless and unnecessary excercise - when looked at from the point of view of arriving at the truth.
As a piece of propaganda - it was cruelly brilliant.
The accused bloggers?
Oh yes - in their exaggeration, I have accused them of being scammers, of being paid - together with an entire hospital, an entire Embassy - an entire nation.
Such absurdities were first proposed by Noemi Dado herself - in a successful attempt to make my claims appear ridiculous - acheived through her lies and exaggerations - playing on the gullibility of her readers - who would not have bothered to check the details out for themselves - readers naturally inclined to take the side of "the poor innocent Filipina" that was being portrayed by the interpretation, the spin that was put on everything by Noemi Dado and her troop of truth - jugglers.
On one side - sympathy was being played up to the full for the girl - & on the other - I was made out to be a common sex-tourist, on a flying visit - with no honourable intentions at all - despite there being evidence to the contrary.
Unfortunately - the habitual commodification of the Filipina results in a generalised and common perception - that every western male who visits the Philippines, pursuing a Filipina - must be a sex-tourist and deserves all contempt and condemnation.
A complicated dynamic of guilt and shame - and of course, scapegoating - to ease the burden of blame - what else can they do?
This is the painful truth of the Philippines - certainly it is organised crime who have control over this sordid attraction - just a casual glance online will reveal the depth of it.
Please don't be naive enough to think that organised crime did not take advantage of the Internet.
They are there - lurking just underneath the surface - rest assured.
Hand in hand with organised crime - we have fear and intimidation - people unable to speak - people who will twist the truth beyond recognition - simply to save their own skin.
So - now the battleground was on the Internet - it was no longer about truth at all - but about perception - how to manipulate perception and sympathy in their direction.
Propaganda pure and simple - the battle of medium over message - the opposition having just enlisted an army of expertise in the medium for that very reason - to try and win the battle over truth.
It had escaped their consciences that offering shelter and support to criminals - deliberately thwarting the course of truth - lowered these people to the same level - but somehow - the national bayanihan spirit seemed to excuse this as perfectly acceptable.
It was more important to appear innocent and law-abiding - than to actually be the genuine article - all smoke and mirrors - and Hiya - and fear - resulting in a completely artificial barricade of deception and distraction.
Why is Noemi going to all this trouble (a point noticed even by her fellow Filipina?)
To protect the image of the Filipina?
To clear the name of her colleagues in real estate?
To clear the image of the Philippines generally - according to the dictates of the sex industry there - of whom she is otherwise openly critical?
Where is the vital knowledge that Noemi has obtained, the concrete evidence that gives her the moral authority to embark on this campaign?
It is nowhere - no paperwork, no scar - it is not even based on Mayen's performance in front of the camera, for Noemi by her own admission was actively engaged in her "silent SEO campaign" months before.
It is purely contemptuous and empty propaganda - covering up what exactly, and why?
That short contact, with Mayen, according to Noemi - was the only moment of involvement with the people originally accused.
That - and reading my story.
Is that sufficient to impart moral authority, a certainty - enough to propel into a whole campaign of propaganda, defamation and deceit - pronouncing my story as a hoax?
Noemi is the link - the bridge.
Understandably, she is in total denial - total reclusion - total non-communication.
But this is only on the surface - the unruffled appearance.
Everything else going on is a distraction to take away the heat from Noemi Dado.
She is, undoubtedly - the link.
Underneath the surface - she is paddling like hell - advising all her friends to ignore my pleas for communication, blocking every avenue, refusing to answer my emails.
At the same time - she is actively engaged in a campaign of pure defamation and false accusation - hiding behind her pathetic "pseudo legalise."
Attempting to pursuade you that my approaching her indirectly through her social network (because she had closed any other option) - is harassment - is stalking - patently pathetic and ridiculous.
This is her - hiding behind my photograph on the 1st Facebook site "I Was Stalked by Tim Cumper."
We have the proof that she was involved up to her neck in setting up the two defamation groups on Facebook.
We have the proof that she is the registrant of the website timcumper.com - set up exclusively for defamation and false accusation.
All this in the wake of the video evidence of the fake scar being revealed publicly.
The video was released on 30th August.

Seeing as you have set up an entire domain name - devoted to defamation and false accusation of myself and my name - I'm sure you won't mind a little entertainment.
The truth is - you are actively involved - yet you are trying to keep it all a secret from your readers.
The truth is - you want to have your cake - & eat it . . .
You will continue your denial, your lies - continue to fan the flames amongst your distractive colleagues and accomplices. What else can you possibly do?
